How to Create an Invoice
Fill in your business details in the From section and the client information in the To section. Set the invoice number, issue date, and due date. Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and unit prices — the amounts are calculated automatically.
Adding Tax and Discounts
Enter a tax rate percentage to automatically calculate the tax amount. You can also add a discount percentage that is applied to the subtotal before tax. The grand total updates in real-time as you make changes.
Downloading and Printing
Click Download PDF to generate a clean, professional invoice PDF using jsPDF. The PDF includes all your details, line items, and totals formatted for easy reading. Use the Print button for a print-optimized version you can send to any printer or save as PDF from the print dialog.
